Background

Kaushal Arora is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and MBA in Finance & Strategy with more than 20 years of experience spanning venture capital, financial advisory, fund operations and regulatory compliance. He is Chief Financial Officer of a SEBI-registered Category I Alternative Investment Fund (Venture Capital Fund), where he leads fund structuring, investor reporting, valuations and portfolio performance monitoring, and oversees SEBI, RBI, FEMA and taxation compliance end to end. Over the past decade he has advised more than 100 startups and emerging businesses on capital raising, financial modelling and valuation — including DCF, comparable transaction and scenario analysis — and has supported investment decisions across early-stage and growth capital transactions. Earlier in his career he worked in private equity research and investment banking strategy, and in audit and taxation practice.
